Frac Super Heaters
Built with certified steel, hoses, pumps and burners each unit is loaded with two 9 million BTU Burner box with two separate pumps and an LP capacity of 2600-3499 gallons. These super heaters are capable of heating multiple tanks at one time and have a built-in fire suppression system. Super Heater units are currently available at a competitive rate which includes an operator and the necessary equipment, connections, tools and hoses. Hot Oil Trucks
Our trucks are complete with a 6000 pound hard line Gardner Denver TEE Triplex pump and centrifugal pump and load pump, 6-9 million BTU heater, with 2800-6500 pounds of maximum pressure, and 500-1000 gallon LP tanks. Services included with these units are an operator and the necessary equipment, tools, hoses and connections to raise the temperature in storage tanks and water pits by heating oil, water, and/or frac fluids to the desired degree for treatment. Also available is everything needed to remove paraffin from tubing/pipelines, circulate/clean oil and gas processing equipment, steam clean/wash production equipment, kill or treat well bore, pressure test tubing/casing, hot oiling flow lines, rods and tubing; and hot water flow lines. Pressure Testing
Services will include pressure tests on BOP's, flow lines, pressure vessels, lubricators, well heads, casing and tubing strings; hydraulic torquing of stack and BOP's for drilling and completions; and completion assistance and production activities with methanol and chemical injection. Additional services will include valve maintenance and high pressure greasing. Products will include testing/injection fluids, methanol, and glycol; high pressure packings, high pressure grease, bolts, studs and ring gaskets to meet customer requirements.
